I purchased this after researching it online, starting taking it and after i went through about a week or so of not feeling well (i believe due to detoxing effects). This stuff makes me feel amazing!! I have more energy, a good sense of 'well being', simply put i feel good! I was taking one everyday but i think it was too much cuz i would get an upset stomach and loose stool, so i take one pill every few days. My family has also noticed good effects from this product.
Also i have noticed that when i work out hard, i should be sore the next day but not anymore. I was very amazed at that as well as i have more stamina and can work out really hard and longer without feeling aches and pains. I'm 44yr female, this stuff is awesome and a must have as we age.
